The Rt. 54/40 Community Shuttle is funded by the Pascale Sykes Foundation and the Federal Transit Administration, through NJ TRANSIT, in partnership with Atlantic County, The South Jersey Transportation Authority, and Cross County Connection Transportation Management Association
