FY2018 Competitive CMAQ Program for New Jersey - $5 Million Available!

Starting May 1, 2018 until 5:00 p.m. on June 29, 2018, DVRPC is accepting applications for the FY2018 Competitive CMAQ Program for projects in New Jersey’s four counties: Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Mercer. Up to $5.0 million CMAQ funds will be awarded to projects located in these counties; and for the first time, $1 million of the total award is dedicated to provide for construction-ready trail projects that are part of the Circuit to help complete the region’s envisioned multi-use trail network.

Due to the complexity of managing CMAQ construction projects, DVRPC requests that the minimum project request be $250,000 for construction projects and $100,000 for transit vehicle acquisitions to expand existing fleet or introduce a new transit service.
